Warranty Policy:

Our warranty includes free exchange of parts for non-human damaged parts or non-deteriorated parts for kilns (i.e. Kiln Elements and Thermocouples are not included in warranty). Free labor fee if the purchased equipment is delivered to our office for warranty. If you need on-site service, there will be 50% of standard labor fee. (Our current labor fee is $980 for HK Island/New Territories district, $880 for Kowloon/Shatin/Tsuen Wan and Kwai Ching; The labor fee within warranty will be $490/$440)

Returns and Exchanges Policy:

If there are any errors or omissions in the order, please contact us within 7 days after the delivery date to arrange exchange.
If you want to exchange unopened items, we can only accept exchanges in person at our address in Tai Kok Tsui within 7 days from the date of purchase. Returns and refunds are not accepted.
