Aardvark - Black Mountain

Fire Range: 1222°C-1285°C (Cone 6-10)

A deep brown/ black clay, medium in texture. Great for the wheel. Needs lots of oxygen during the bisque firing to avoid bloating in the glaze firing. 

Average Shrinkage: 12% (±2%)

Average Water Absorption: 1% (±1%)
